Cancellation/Refund/Payment Policy:
Due to the limited availability for party dates, the $100 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. With the manager’s approval, cancellations due to a documented illness can be rescheduled to another available date within 60 days. Any payments for orders on personalized items with your child’s name, photo or birthdate (ex. custom-made backdrops, goodie bags, plates, etc) will not be refunded under any circumstances. A payment of 50% of the total party balance is due 30 days before the date of the party. A payment can be made using the party payment link.
